Cho Kuk, leader of the Rebuilding Korea Party, has sharply criticized the political stagnation and monopolistic structure of the Democratic Party in North Jeolla Province. Through his social media, Cho Kuk recently pointed out the Democratic Party's political monopoly in the Jeonbuk region, criticizing it as a factor hindering regional development. He asserted, "The Democratic Party's one-party rule is hindering regional development." In particular, Representative Cho strongly criticized the practice of uncontested elections in the Jeonbuk region. He pointed out the problems of the current Jeonbuk political system, stating, "In Jeonbuk, receiving the nomination guarantees a golden badge without even an election. This uncontested election is politics of lost competition, lost policy, and lost responsibility." Cho Kuk emphasized, "We must eliminate uncontested elections that disregard Jeonbuk," and called for change in the region's politics. He argued that the current uncontested election system is a major cause hindering the development of the Jeonbuk region.

Representative Cho also raised his voice in criticism of various allegations raised in the Jeonbuk region. Citing specific examples, he demanded increased transparency in the North Jeolla Province administrative and political system. He questioned the operational status of the North Jeolla Province Voice Festival and mentioned the salary changes of individuals from the governor's campaign. In addition, Representative Cho raised allegations of illegal participation by an agricultural corporation in the Jeonju Geonji Mountain Private Park project and demanded the suspension of the project. He argued that there were illegal elements in the project's progress and demanded a thorough investigation. Representative Cho criticized the problems in North Jeolla Province's industrial structure, stating, "The Jeonbuk industrial complex has only agro-industrial complexes, not high-tech industries." He argued that North Jeolla Province must actively attract high-tech industries in order to secure future growth engines.

Representative Cho Kuk's remarks are evaluated as an important opportunity to highlight the need for political reform in the Jeonbuk region. The Rebuilding Korea Party is expected to actively work to end 'uncontested elections' in the Jeonbuk region. Representative Cho's remarks can be interpreted as a signal of the start of these activities. The Democratic Party has not yet issued an official statement regarding Cho Kuk's criticism. However, it is known that voices calling for discussions on political reform in the Jeonbuk region are also emerging within the Democratic Party. The future political movements of the Rebuilding Korea Party in the Jeonbuk region and the Democratic Party's response are drawing attention.
